Directors
The Board of Directors comprises leaders in business, academia, the various professions, and the dispute resolution field. The Bylaws provide that the Board can include two representatives from each of the University of British Columbia Law Faculty and the Vancouver Board of Trade as well as a representative of the Attorney General’s Department of British Columbia. Each director serves a three year term and is eligible for re-appointment upon the expiry of a term.
