Become a Panellist

We are proud to be the nation’s leading provider of Arbitrators and Mediators consisting of accomplished and respected experts from both the legal and business community. In addition, our panel list consists of senior practitioners with experience in international and domestic arbitration and mediation. BCICAC arbitrators and mediators range from former and retired judges to junior advocates, and include lawyers, accountants, engineers and other industry professionals.

We thank you in advance for your interest in becoming part of the BCICAC team of Arbitrators and Mediators. Admission criteria to the panel requires appropriate experience and training and must be approved by the BCICAC Directors before being appointed.

Please submit your completed Panel Application Form – Fillable PDF* / International Panel Application Form – Fillable PDF*, a current copy of your CV, email your 2” x 3” jpg picture (optional), and any additional information that is relevant. (Submission Options).

All accredited arbitrators and mediators are bound by the BCICAC Code of Ethics.

Panel Fee: $252.00 ($225 + 12% HST), payable to BCICAC upon notification of acceptance. Period of appointment is valid for one year from January to December and will be probated accordingly. Click here for Payment Options.
