Panel Fees

Annual panel fees are $252.00 CDN ($225 + 12% HST). Period of appointment is valid for one year from January to December and will be probated accordingly.

In order to maintain your active status as a member of the Centre, you will be invoiced annually for the panel fees.

an Panel Update Form – Fillable PDF* for our records.
