Panellist Payment Options

Panel fees are $252.00 CDN ($225 + 12% HST). Period of appointment is valid for one year from January to December and will be probated accordingly.

If you are renewing, please enter issued Invoice Number to complete transaction, otherwise leave blank.

Upon payment please quote invoice number located on the top right of your invoice.
