Jasmin has practiced law since 1995 and is a partner and senior litigation lawyer at Koffman Kalef LLP. She acts as counsel in a wide variety of commercial disputes including contract and business transaction disputes, commercial real estate, employment law, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, strata disputes, product liability, tort claims including misrepresentation, negligence and defamation and varied issues under statutory authority including Business Corporations Act, Land Title Act, and Builder’s Lien Act. In addition, she has chaired and adjudicated numerous discipline and credentials hearings for the Law Society of British Columbia.

Jasmin appears as counsel before both the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and has represented clients as counsel in arbitrations in a broad range of disputes encompassing many and varied industries.

Jasmin has obtained Fellowship status with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is available for appointment as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations.

Jasmin was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 2019.
