CIRA .CA Domain Name Decisions
Over 100 .CA domain name decisions have been rendered by the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre on complaints initiated under the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. The dispute resolution process is a mechanism through which individuals and businesses that meet CIRA’s Canadian Presence Requirements can obtain quick, out-of-court arbitrations at relatively low cost for clear-cut cases of bad faith registration of .CA domain names. You can find the text of the decisions below or you can visit CIRA. These documents are available in PDF only.
