Meeting Room Rentals

The British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) houses a variety of room, fully equipped for arbitration, mediation and meetings. The rooms can be rented individually or for full day sessions, whereby parties can negotiate settlements and conduct proceedings and/or meetings in the comfort of a neutral setting.

BCICAC Room Rental Facilities include:

Complimentary Services:

High Speed Internet Access
White Board, Flip Chart with board Pens
Conference call – call in service (up to 3 persons)
Coffee and Tea Service
Parking (for groups over 11 a parking surcharge of $5 per hour will apply)

Fee for Service:

LCD Projector and other Audio/Visual Services
Photocopy and Fax Services
Secretarial Support Services
Language Support Services
Outside Catering Services
Secure storage provision for documents and other exhibits

Hours:

The Centre’s opening hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday to Friday. Special arrangements can be made for early/late bookings or bookings on Saturday or Sunday. There will be an additional administrative charge, subject to staff availability.

Cancelation Policy:

24 hours or 50% of the fee will be charged

Forms of payment accepted:

All credits cards are accepted. (A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking a reservation. The balance is paid seven days before the first date of the hearing).

For disputes greater than 3 days, BCICAC recommends Charest Reporting Inc.. Charest Reporting houses professional luxurious meeting rooms and a variety of services for arbitrations, mediations, or other meetings.
