Payment Options

Payment may be made for the following:

·Commencement/Counterclaim Fees
·Administrative and Disbursement Fees
·Panel Fees/Panel Renewal Fees

Commencement/Counterclaim Fees

The commencement fee is determined in accordance the Fee Schedule for Domestic Commercial Arbitration as amended November 1, 1997.


Administrative and Disbursement Fees

The Fee Schedule also requires an Administrative Fee be levied 180 days (6 months) after the commencement date and then every 90 days (3 months) thereafter until such time as the arbitration is concluded.  Please note that any room rental, the Centre’s disbursements and the arbitrator’s fees and disbursements are not included in the administration fee.

Payment of invoices: Upon payment please quote invoice number located on the top right of your invoice.

Panel Fees

Panel fees are $252.00 CDN ($225 + 12% HST). Period of appointment is valid for one year from January to December and will be probated accordingly.

In order to maintain your active status as a member of the Centre a yearly invoice will be sent for collection.
