Professional Experience A.J Krouse is a founding member of Frilot LLC, since 1995. He routinely represents insurers in coverage disputes and provides liability defense on all professional lines including legal malpractice and health care issues. He has represented high profile individuals on various liability issues. Mr. Krouse represents local, national and international corporations in complex commercial matters before trial and appellate courts and regulatory authorities. He also represents clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution and has been selected to arbitrate and mediate disputes for other litigants. He has been selected as a court appointed special master. He is a frequent speaker on electronic discovery, mediation and arbitration issues. He is a trainer of mediators and arbitrators and on the faculty of the American Arbitration Association University. |
Dispute Resolution Experience and Training Mr. Krouse has served as an arbitrator in over 180 arbitrations including large complex cases involving national and international parties and complicated multi party disputes. He has experience and training in both domestic and international arbitration laws and procedures, including AAA, ICDR, UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC and LCIA rules and procedures. |
