Rose is Associate Counsel with Harper Grey and brings over 25 years of experience to her broad civil litigation practice.

Her focus on Workplace Law has provided her with extensive experience advising both employers and employees on employment related matters including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal and human rights.

Her general civil litigation practice has included plaintiff' s personal injury matters relating to sexual abuse claims, UMP claims, defamation, misappropriation, contractual breaches and sales of businesses. Her commercial litigation experience has exposed her to a broad spectrum of maters including real estate disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, injunctions, fraud and product liability litigation.

Rose is a member of the Mediate BC roster and has experience adjudicating claims through being a member of the CRT. Rose also has experience arbitrating claims both as counsel and as an arbitrator.
